Description
Of all chamomile, this variety is the most prolific producer of flowers! The flowers can be harvested and mixed into a sedating and soothing tea. Chamomile is known to ease insomnia, depression, headaches, and anxiety. A strong, cooled, chamomile tea can be washed through your hair to lighten and highlight blonde locks. If desired, let this annual go to seed and it will re-seed itself, and you will have abundant growth again the following year.
Blooms mid-summer; harvest young flowers the day they open.
Type: Annual herb that reseeds
Height: 6-12", 15-30cm
Location: Sun or part sun
Seeds per pack: 20
Germination: Place the seeds on the surface of a sterile seed-start mix. Do not bury the seeds. Water the seeds in, and keep moist until germination.
