Teatru Govanni and Ghaqda Drammatika Xewkija are once again opening their doors to the public with its latest production on the 4th and 10th of November.

‘Ix-Xabla tal-Fidda’ (based on the novel The Silver Sword by Ian Serraillier) translated in Maltese and adapted to stage by Rev Joseph Tabone, is an intriguing story of a Polish family who become separated by the disasters of World War II. Will they ever managed to survive war? Will they ever be re-united once again? Why is the Xabla tal-Fidda so important?
