This fish won the award for the weirdest looking fish we have ever caught. John Hanson was deep dropping with his Torsa reel in about 750 feet of water when he managed to catch this critter. Fortunately one of my marine biologist buddies had seen one while doing an ROV survey and knew what it was. This fish was donated to TP&W and is now making the rounds as part of an exhibit
