Sleeping Rough is Ray Jones' debut album, at 53 you might think its pretty late for this guy to be making his debut. However good things come to those who wait, recorded and produced by Australian Country Music great, Bill Chambers, some very careful thought was put into an album that delivers an honest acoustic country feel. Sleeping Rough is written for the homeless and to raise awareness for those who sleep in the elements, Ray donates $3 of every sale to homeless charity. With all songs being original and deeply personal Ray will bring you on a journey of love, loss and long lost stories. The only cover song "Cheap Suit" was written by American Jeffrey Foucault and has been reworked as an upbeat country song.
