Aptenia lancifolia
The genus Aptenia is a member of the Aizoaceae, or Ice Plant Family, but its species have leaves that look more conventional than most of its relatives (that is, not modified to look like chubby fingers), This one is Aptenia lancifolia, native to eastern South Africa.
