This tuna pizza is packed with protein, easy to make and super tasty. Best part, it’s done in less than 30 minutes and it’s perfect for busy weekday lunches or dinners. You can use a store bought flatbread or you can make a homemade 2-ingredient pizza dough. You can't go wrong!

Ingredients

  • Store bought flatbread/pizza dough OR ingredients for homemade pizza dough below.

  • ¼ cup Pizza sauce

  • 18 small Mozzarella slices (9 for each pizza)

  • 1 (5.5oz) can Wild Planet Skipjack Wild Tuna

  • ¼ cup Red onion, sliced

  • ¼ cup Kalamata olives, sliced

  • ¼ cup Shredded Italian blend cheese

  • Pinch of oregano 

  • 2-ingredient pizza dough

  • ½ cup 2% Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup self-raising flour + more flour for dusting

Directions

    To make the 2-ingredient pizza dough

    1. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F.

    2. Combine yogurt and flour in a medium size bowl until well combined. Dust some flour on a cold surface and transfer dough over and knead until elastic. Using a knife, cut a disk into two pieces and roll out into a shape of pizza using a rolling pin.

    3. Bake the pizza dough for 5 minutes.

    To make the pizza

    1. To top the pizza - after the pizza dough is baked for 5 minutes, pull it out from the oven and spread pizza sauce on top, add the rest of your toppings of sliced mozzarella, red onion, tuna, olives, shredded cheese and oregano. Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Cut into slices and enjoy.
