The Buzzonaglia di Tuna from the Mediterranean is a particular tuna preserve.
It is a typical product of Sicily and Sardinia.
It is made up of the parts of the fillet closest to the central bone and therefore best supplied with blood,
this is why the pieces of tuna are darker and have a strong and intense flavour.
The tuna buzzonaglia is perfect for making tasty first courses or very tasty seafood appetizers. 
Try the combination with capers, olives and cherry tomatoes.

Storage: 5 years from the production date.
Keep in a cool, dry place.
After opening, store in the fridge at +2/4° C and consume within 3 days.
