awesome photo! Interested in hearing the best way to prepare these. I caught and ate one recently on my visit to the Florida gulf, but I found it to be a quite oily fish and didnt quite enjoy the texture. Is it best deep fried?
 
I wonder how "mullet" came to be the name for that silly 80's hairdo (like Macgyver - short on top, long in the back) ...? No hair on a mullet at all.
