Our Flounder is a flat fish sourced from the North Carolina coast. We weigh the entire fish, clean, gut, and cut per your request. Our flounder fish is available year around and arrives fairly large with 1 fish being around 2 lbs. When filleted you can yield two large boneless skin-on pieces. Each whole fish that is fabricated will be returned with it’s center bone to lessen food waste. Feel free to make fish stock, soup, or fertilize your garden with the center bone.
