There’s nothing quite like nettle tea from your own backyard! Plant your nettles where you don’t mind them spreading and away from regular foot traffic. They prefer part to full shade with moist soils and will grow to 3 ft. tall. Nettles have a long list of health benefits, from treating allergies to lowering high blood pressure. They are super nutritious and delicious when cooked or made into a tea. Nettle pesto is among my favorite recipes!
