7moWhile Miro became popular during a virtual meeting environment, there are more benefits. Of course those still working remote and hybrid benefit from its digital aspect, but I think the biggest benefit is doing asynchronous work. For example, we always do brainstorming when in a meeting so that the facilitator can manage it, but if you have a brainstorming board up and give people a few days, they can all work when they are at their best. Another less noticed benefit of working with Miro is the ability to fully engage the introverts through the process on the board, rather than having to always inject themselves into a group meeting.
