Palamita (sarda sarda), another oily fish from the Scombridae family, is a very interesting fish on a nutritional perspective. Even Palamita, like Mackerel, is very rich in ‘good fats’, omega3, which help us contain and control cholesterol levels in the blood but also contains vitamins and mineral salts, in particular phosphorus, iodine, iron and potassium. Always in large percentages, proteins with high biological value.
The processing of whole fish and the placing into jars is carried out by hand by expert personnel, in order to guarantee the maintenance and emphasis of the peculiar organoleptic characteristics of this meat.

Organic olive oil, which constitutes 29% of this product, is obtained by the use of plants exclusively used for the transformation of “organically grown” products. The olives for the production of this oil must be collected in such a way as not to compromise their quality.
The strong flavor of Palamita, also similar to mackerel, combines perfectly with the fragrant flavor of the oil.
