Rockfish are an easy favorite in the kitchen and at the dinner table. They have a lean, tender & mild texture that lends well to battering, grilling, pan frying, baking, and even poaching. You can keep it light with lemon, salt & pepper, or try blackened rockfish with a medley of seasonings and a spicy hot sauce!
